Performance Marketing Video Editor
Location: Remote role — Bangalore candidates preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years editing short-form ad content

About the Role
We create high-volume, direct-response video ads for digital products in the Indian market — Meta ads, YouTube content, and UGC-style creatives. We're looking for a video editor who understands that ad editing is not about aesthetics alone — it's about hooks, retention, and conversions. You'll work directly with our creative/marketing team to produce, iterate, and test ad variations at speed.

What You'll Do
Edit short-form video ads (15–90 sec) for Meta and YouTube campaigns — hooks, captions, overlays, pacing, sound design
Create multiple hook variations of winning ads (new first 3–10 seconds while retaining core structure)
Add on-screen text/banners in Hinglish (Roman script), karaoke-style captions, and pain-point overlays following our design system
Work with AI-generated footage and voiceovers (image gen, video gen tools like Kling/Veo, ElevenLabs TTS) and integrate them cleanly into edits
Sync voiceovers,



lip-sync clips, and B-roll into cohesive, scroll-stopping ads
Turn around edits quick — same-day or next-day iterations based on performance data
Maintain organized project files and export ads in correct formats/specs for Meta and YouTube

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro or Davinci or similar editing software.
After Effects (motion graphics, simple animations, tracking)
Solid understanding of direct-response / performance ad editing — hooks, pattern interrupts, retention editing, CTAs
Comfortable editing Hinglish/Hindi content and adding Roman-script Hindi captions
Good typography and layout sense for on-screen text, banners, and captions
Fast turnaround ability — comfortable producing multiple variants per day
Basic audio cleanup and mixing (VO levels, music ducking, SFX)
Experience with AI content tools — image generation, AI video (Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.), ElevenLabs
