Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi,



responsible for driving sales growth and branch profitability. This role includes developing and executing branch-level sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets across the firm’s product suite. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations related to sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular client meetings, and coordinating with product, research, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. The Branch Sales Manager will also be accountable for local market development initiatives, competitor analysis, and continuous improvement of branch sales processes.
