We are hiring a Project Associate for a PMO consulting engagement in the Urban Mobility sector.

? Key Responsibilities

Maintain MIS dashboards, invoice trackers & contract monitoring sheets using MS Excel
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes & project documentation
Support feasibility studies through data collection, benchmarking & analysis
Assist in drafting tender documents, query responses & official correspondence
Support bid process management, bidder queries, meetings & documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders,



vendors & external partners on day-to-day matters
Conduct site visits and prepare visit notes & action trackers
Maintain MOMs, project records & version control of deliverables

? Eligibility

PGDM / MBA / Master's in Management / Postgraduate Management Program
3+ years of total work experience (pre + post MBA)
Government/PSU project exposure mandate.
Experience in analytical, coordination, PMO or office-based roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
