Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Human Resource Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in IT recruitment, along with good exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR processes, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general HR administration.

This role requires someone who can independently manage recruitment activities while also supporting the HR team in executing day-to-day HR processes.
