Role Description: Publisher Partnerships Specialist – Publisher Onboarding is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying, approaching, and onboarding new publishers and affiliate partners to support client campaigns and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing potential publishers, conducting outreach, explaining partnership models, negotiating terms,



and managing onboarding processes and documentation. The specialist will coordinate with sales, account management, and campaign teams to align publisher inventory with client requirements and performance targets. Ongoing tasks include monitoring partner performance, optimizing placements, resolving issues, and maintaining robust, professional relationships with publishers to ensure long-term collaboration.

Qualifications
2 to years of experience with affiliate marketing, publisher onboarding, and partnership management, particularly within digital marketing or ad-tech environments.
