The Opportunity
We are seeking talented Associate Developer Experience Engineers to join our growing Developer Experience Engineering team. This role is designed for early-career engineers who are passionate about software development, automation, and improving the way engineering teams build and deliver software.
As an Associate Developer Experience Engineer, you will work alongside experienced platform and software engineers to build the tools, platforms, and workflows that enable developers across AssetMark to be productive and successful. You will gain hands-on experience with up-to-date software delivery practices, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines,



Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and developer tooling.
This position provides an exceptional opportunity to learn how large-scale engineering organizations operate while helping create a world-class developer experience for engineering teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices, with opportunities to progressively take ownership of feature components
Technical Learning: Rapidly develop proficiency in our technology stack through structured mentorship programs and hands-on project work
Testing & Quality: Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and participate in knowledge-sharing session
