About The Role
We're looking for a senior Commercial Analytics Consultant with a broad, hands-on grounding in pharma and HLS sales and marketing data — someone who has spent close to a decade using that data to solve real commercial problems and is ready to lead engagements, not just execute on them. You'll anchor our HLS analytics team's thinking across a wide spectrum of initiatives spanning marketing, commercial & sales, and customer/omnichannel analytics, bringing a consulting mindset and enough seniority to own client relationships end to end.
You'll lead work across areas like campaign and brand analytics, channel analytics, omnichannel engagement and next-best-action, and hyper-personalization — as well as the data management,



dashboarding and reporting work that underpins all of it. You'll also help shape our own analytics products and IP, bringing life sciences context that makes them genuinely fit for the industry. Marketing mix modeling is part of that toolkit alongside these other methodologies, and you'll be equally comfortable framing a current problem with a client as you are directing the team that solves it.
What You'll Do
Marketing Analytics
Lead campaign performance analytics, content testing and product development analytics engagements for pharma brand teams.
Own brand & portfolio analytics and competitive insights work, from framing through to client-ready output.
Direct the application of marketing mix and optimization approaches — including MMM — as part of a broader measurement toolkit.
Commercial & Sales Analytics
Lead partner & channel analytics engagements across pharma commercial teams.
