Role Description The Shift Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur. This role oversees day-to-day kitchen operations, including planning shifts, assigning tasks, monitoring food preparation, and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The Shift Manager coordinates order flows from online platforms,



manages inventory and stock replenishment, and supports smooth interactions between kitchen staff, delivery partners, and support teams. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, handling escalations, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with company operating procedures and policies. The Shift Manager also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying operational issues, suggesting process enhancements, and supporting training and onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications
Solid people management and leadership skills, with experience supervising teams in a high-volume foodservice, hospitality, or retail environment.
