Role Description The Incubation & Entrepreneurship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, responsible for leading the college’s incubation initiatives and entrepreneurship programs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and mentoring student and faculty startup ideas, coordinating incubation activities, and managing the operations of the incubation center. The role involves organizing workshops, hackathons, and networking events with industry experts, investors, and alumni to build a solid entrepreneurial ecosystem. The manager will support teams with business model development, pitch preparation, funding applications, and connections to external incubators and accelerators. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, preparing reports for institutional and regulatory bodies, and collaborating with academic departments to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the curriculum.
Qualifications
Background in entrepreneurship support and incubation management, including experience working with startups, innovation labs, or incubation centers.
Strong skills in mentoring, business planning, and startup
