Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Specialist with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, mechatronic systems, robotics, and machine maintenance. The selected candidate will be based in Chennai (Guindy) and will travel to Russia on a rotational assignment to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain mechatronic systems and automated machinery.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, actuators, servo motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Support machine commissioning, testing, calibration, and performance optimization.
Read and interpret electrical,



mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.
Coordinate with engineering and customer teams during project execution.
Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Provide technical support and training to customers and operators when required.
Travel to Russia on a rotational basis for project execution and customer support.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Electro-Mechanical Systems.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Servo Drives, VFDs, HMI, Sensors, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
Valuable understanding of preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards.
