Position: Application Engineer

Grade: L1

Location: Chennai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

Drive ambitious sales growth and business development in assigned focus markets.
Develop a robust understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications.
Handle pre-sales activities and provide technical consultation to customers.
Understand technical specifications, operational limitations, and engineering principles of products.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large manufacturing companies.




Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth.
Meet prospective clients regularly, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing customer support.
Submit sales reports on time and adhere to deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams including the Reporting Manager, Purchase Manager, Accounts Team, and Management Team.
Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
