Role Description The Job Placement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



responsible for supporting learners in securing relevant job opportunities in the IT and technology sectors. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners and employers, understanding their talent needs, and aligning NS3Edu graduates with suitable roles. The specialist will guide learners through job search strategies, resume and profile optimization, interview preparation, and professional communication. Daily tasks include coordinating placement drives, tracking placement outcomes, providing ongoing career counseling, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress and employer feedback. The role also includes collaborating with trainers and academic staff to align training outcomes with current market requirements and improve the overall placement ecosystem.
