Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Culinary Professional role based in Bengaluru. The Culinary Professional will plan, prepare, and present dishes in line with client requirements and consultancy standards, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and food safety. Daily tasks include organizing mise en place, monitoring kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and safety practices, and optimizing workflow and resource usage.



The role involves collaborating with chefs and consultants on menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing, as well as supporting kitchen training sessions for client teams. The Culinary Professional is expected to interact professionally with clients, adapt to varied kitchen environments, and contribute ideas to enhance culinary innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and taste profiling, with strong attention to quality and consistency.
Experience with menu planning, recipe development, and basic food costing to support client projects and consultancy engagements.
Strong teamwork, communication, and client-facing skills to collaborate with chefs, consultants, and hospitality partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, in office kitchen environment in Bengaluru, with flexibility to adapt to different cuisines and concepts.
