Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish, lead, and scale our sales operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving admissions and revenue growth, achieving regional targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
● Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue generation for the Coimbatore region.




● Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
● Identify current business opportunities and market expansion initiatives. Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and stakeholders.

Team Building & Leadership
● Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
● Establish and scale the regional sales team in line with business requirements.
● Set individual and team KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
● Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Sales Management
● Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
● Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
● Support the team in handling objections and closing high-value opportunities. Monitor conversion metrics and implement corrective actions when requi
