Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Build and run a lean, systems-driven HR & Admin function that supports growth without a proportionate increase in headcount. The role owns manpower planning,
talent acquisition, performance management, statutory compliance and administration across all units and branches, and is accountable for HR data integrity, process automation and measurable improvement in productivity per employee. This is a hands-on leadership role: leads a team of five, works directly with the
Executive Director, and operates cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality and IT rather than running HR as a silo.

Qualification : MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR), full time

Core Responsibility :

Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition




Own the annual and quarterly manpower plan; validate every recent position against workload, cost and automation alternatives before approving recruitment.
Performance Management & Capability Building
Ensure every employee carries measurable KPIs linked to department and company targets. Increments and promotions are performance-linked, not tenurelinked.
HR Systems, Data & Automation
Own the HRMS / ERP HR module end to end – attendance, leave, payroll, appraisal, employee master – and drive adoption to near-total coverage across all
locations.
Compliance, Controls & Governance
Ensure full statutory compliance at every location – PF, ESI, Gratuity, S&E;, Factories Act, Contract Labour, PT, POSH, Minimum Wages – with zero notices or
penalties.
Handle grievance and disciplinary matters through a documented, legally defensible process. Constitute and run the POSH Internal Complaints Committee.
