About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-driven Social Media Marketer who genuinely loves social media and content creation.

This is not a role where your job is simply to create a few posts, schedule them, and move on.
We want someone who can think, create, experiment, and grow.

You will manage social media for our agency as well as our clients. Your goal will be to create content that people actually want to watch, read, share, save, and engage with.

If you naturally notice trends, come up with content ideas while scrolling social media, enjoy writing video scripts, and constantly think about how content can be improved, you could be a great fit for this role.

What You'll Do
Manage social media accounts for our agency and clients.
Find creative and interesting content ideas based on each client's industry and audience.
Research social media trends, competitors, popular content, and audience interests.
Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos.
Create solid hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.
Write captions,



headlines, storytelling content, and calls to action.
Create content calendars and plan content in advance.
Create or coordinate social media posts, carousels, graphics, and short-form videos.
Work with designers and video editors when needed.
Monitor comments and messages and encourage genuine conversations.
Look for ways to increase organic reach and engagement.
Study successful social media accounts and understand why their content works.
Test different content ideas, formats, hooks, topics, and posting styles.
Track social media performance and identify what is working and what is not.
Turn successful content ideas into repeatable content strategies.
Stay updated with new social media trends, features, and platform changes.
Work with our SEO, website, and marketing teams to turn existing work into engaging social media content.
