Phoenix Optimizer Digital Branding Agency is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager cum Content Strategist in Indore. We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency offering Ads Management, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Branding services across global industries.

The role involves managing and growing social media platforms, creating and editing content (especially reels), planning monthly strategies, analyzing performance, managing copyrighting and scripting, engaging with audiences, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. You will manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, basic graphic skills (Canva), creativity, good communication, and an understanding of digital marketing trends.



Experience with social media tools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ad and content strategy planning, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. You will also play a coordinator role, working closely with designers, editors, and the performance marketing team to execute campaigns smoothly. Regular reporting and performance analysis will be required to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

This is an in office, full-time role in Indore.
