Role Description The Customer Relations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Eranad, responsible for providing attentive support to customers across online and in-store channels.



In this role, the specialist responds to inquiries, guides customers in selecting packaging and stationery solutions, and resolves issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist manages order-related communication, tracks customer feedback, and contributes to retention initiatives such as follow-ups and loyalty activities. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone, email, and chat interactions, coordinating with operations and design teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and sharing insights that support product improvements and service quality.
