About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in Angular and React to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will drive frontend architecture, mentor development teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences across large-scale digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular (12+) and React JS.
Design and build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Participate in architectural discussions and technology roadmap planning.
Required Skills
6-12 years of frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in Angular (12+) and React JS.




Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Redux, RxJS, and State Management.
Strong knowledge of REST API integration.
Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
Hands-on experience with Webpack, NPM, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Next.js and Angular Universal.
Frontend performance optimization expertise.
UI testing using Jest, Cypress, Selenium.
Exposure to AI-powered applications, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
