About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who can independently own and grow a community for one of our key content verticals. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in community management, audience engagement, content strategy, and building an active and loyal user base.

Your Part
Community Management: Own the day-to-day management of the community, ensuring regular engagement,



conversations, and a positive community experience.
Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow the community, increase engagement, and improve member retention.
Content & Engagement: Plan and create engaging posts, discussions, activities, and campaigns that are relevant to the community and its interests.
Audience Understanding: Understand community behaviour, preferences, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for better engagement.
Independent Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of a specific community or content vertical and drive its growth and engagement independently.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with content, marketing, creative, product, and other teams to execute community initiatives effectively.
Feedback & Insights: Gather community feedback and translate user conversations and insights into actionable recommendations for the team.
