About the Role
Kranti Group is looking for a skilled and quality-focused Junior Engineer – Manufacturing Quality to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing quality, inspection processes,



quality documentation and effective resolution of production and customer quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process inspections of machined components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Prepare PDIR, approve setups and carry out first-piece inspections.
Address customer complaints through structured 8D and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Maintain documentation related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and PPAP and support quality audits.
Manage customer quality interactions and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Collaborate with production teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates related to quality processes.
Work effectively with QC tools, gauges, control plans and PPAP documentation.

Candidate Profile
