We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineer to join our Developer Experience Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and evolve the systems, platforms, and workflows that enable our engineering teams to deliver software quickly, safely, and reliably.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, platform engineering, and developer productivity. You will focus on creating a world-class developer experience by reducing friction in the software development lifecycle, improving deployment automation, and enabling true Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices across the organization.





The ideal candidate believes that developer productivity is a product, understands that every minute of engineering friction matters, and is passionate about building platforms and tooling that engineers love to use.

Key Responsibilities
Developer Experience & Engineering Productivity
Design and build self-service developer platforms, tooling, and workflows that improve engineering productivity and reduce cognitive load.
Partner with engineering teams to identify pain points in the software development lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
Create frameworks that enable teams to build, test, deploy, and operate applications consistently and efficiently.
Measure and improve developer experience using engineering productivity metrics, feedback loops, and adoption data.
Drive standardization and best practices across development environments, deployment workflows, and engineering tooling.
