Role Overview
Earthly Jewels is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can convert high-intent online leads into paying customers.
All leads are generated through our marketing efforts your role is to engage, educate, build trust, and close deals via calls and chats.
This is not cold calling. This is smart selling to aware, research-driven customers.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound leads from ads (WhatsApp, website, forms, etc.)
Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry
Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, pricing, and design choices
Build trust with modern, well-informed buyers
Follow up consistently to move leads toward conversion
Maintain and update lead status in CRM/tools
Coordinate with internal team for smooth order closure
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Who You Are




Strong command over English (spoken & written)
Confident communicator with the ability to handle premium customers
Good at understanding customer psychology and objections
Patient, persuasive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling conversations on calls + WhatsApp
Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
Preferred Experience (Freshers can apply too)
Prior experience in sales / tele-calling / customer handling
Experience in jewelry, luxury products, or high-value sales is a plus
Familiarity with handling online leads (Meta ads, website inquiries, etc.)
