Role - BIM Modeller
Location - Dholera, Gujarat

Overview
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to support the development, coordination, and quality of BIM models across engineering and construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring design accuracy, seamless collaboration, clash-free project execution, and adherence to BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support BIM implementation across project teams.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Create, maintain, and update BIM models.
Perform model QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
Run clash detection and maintain issue logs.
Support design review and coordination meetings.
Provide technical support and software training when required.

Key Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
Proficiency in Revit, CADWorx, or Civil 3D.
Solid hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage.
Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and QA/QC.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on MEP projects.
Knowledge of BIM automation, scripting, or batch programming.
Experience supporting BIM coordination meetings.
Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices.
Experience delivering software training and user support.
