Job Summary:

This role focuses on in-licensing for Emerging Markets, specifically for the Africa/CIS/MENA/ASEAN region. The position involves identifying new vendors (CMOs), sourcing potential products, and driving in-licensing opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Licensing & Portfolio Development:
Identify and onboard recent Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) preferably Indian CMOs
Analyze therapy areas to propose new products, dosage forms, and combinations for in-licensing.




Identify opportunities in complex generics, new therapy areas, and first-to-file (FTF) products at the country level.
Develop a product wish list tailored for specific countries and product registration filing calendar plan for Emerging Markets
Identify potential in-licensing opportunities from:
Partner product lists with CTD/eCTD/ACTD dossiers
US/EU/EM deal extensions
Portfolio gap assessments
Stakeholder Coordination & Execution:
Alliance management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Regulatory, IP, Quality, PMO, Legal, Supply Chain) to ensure project milestones are met.
Execute Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), term sheets, and definitive agreements with external partners.
Continuously track and monitor existing deals for project progress, business potential, and cost overruns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
