Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations across both locations. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front desk and training teams, and ensuring smooth class execution and a positive member experience. The Head of Operations will monitor studio performance, track key metrics, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership on process improvements and service standards. Additional responsibilities include handling vendor relationships,



overseeing maintenance and safety protocols, supporting marketing and member engagement initiatives, and implementing policies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Communication skills to lead staff, resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders.
