We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a sales team of 5–7 members and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Candidates with prior experience in the Insurance/BFSI sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 5–7 members.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Represent the company effectively with strong knowledge of our products and services.




Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Analyze sales performance data and prepare forecasts.
Guide team members on effective sales techniques and customer handling.
Generate new leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Take ownership of team performance and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management.
Proven experience managing a team of 5–7 or more sales professionals.
Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
Solid understanding of the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing.
