About Provue
We are building an applied AI lab working with frontier AI labs to train Personal Superintelligence. We build environments and evals for frontier consumer agents.

What You'll Do
Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML techniques, models, and architectures.
Explore and evaluate advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI.
Design experiments, formulate hypotheses, and evaluate model performance.
Read and analyse research papers and translate relevant ideas into working prototypes.
Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models.
Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns and improve model performance.
Investigate model limitations, failure cases, and opportunities for optimisation.
Build proof-of-concepts to validate new AI approaches.
Document experiments, methodologies, findings, and technical insights.
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI research, models, tools, and techniques.

What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in AI/ML research,



applied AI, machine learning, or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
Ability to understand research papers and implement concepts independently.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A genuine curiosity about how AI systems work and how they can be improved.
Ability to work independently, experiment quickly, and operate comfortably in an ambiguous research environment.

Good to Have
Experience working with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, AI agents, NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal models.
Research publications, patents, open-source contributions, or notable AI/ML proj
