What You’ll Do
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are ready and dispatched on time.
· Work with domestic and international logistics partners to ship customer orders efficiently and at the lowest possible cost.
· Identify and onboard new logistics partners, suppliers, and service providers whenever required.
· Prepare shipping and export documents for international B2C and marketplace orders.
· Coordinate with marketplaces, courier partners, and the internal team to ensure smooth shipments.
· Reconcile payments from logistics partners and suppliers.
· Use tools such as Zoho Inventory, Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplace dashboards to update inventory and order status.
· Maintain accurate shipping reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
· Help improve day-to-day operational processes to reduce errors, delays,



and costs.

Who We’re Looking For
· 2–3 years of experience in operations at a D2C brand, ecommerce company, export house, or manufacturer.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.
· Experience of working with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
· Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and prior experience using online tools and dashboards is preferred.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
