We are a high-ownership, 0-to-1 execution-driven team. As we scale our footprint across major urban centers, we are looking for a sharp, aggressive Talent Acquisition Lead who can build out our core teams across Tech, Product, Growth, Category Management, and Dark Store Operations.

Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and workforce execution. You will bridge the gap between aggressive business milestones and top-tier talent. This is not a reactive, resume-shuffling role—you will act as a talent partner to our founders and leadership team, defining our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and hiring infrastructure from the ground up.

What You Will Do




Execute full-cycle recruiting for critical business functions, spanning Tech (Search/ML, Frontend, Backend) and Business (Category Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain).
Implement outbound headhunting practices using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Behance, and niche tech/fashion networks.
Build predictive pipelines to anticipate quick-moving staffing requirements
Collaborate with hiring managers to map job requirements, establish exact assessment parameters, and design interview panels.
Provide macroeconomic talent insights, advising leadership teams on salary indexing, talent availability, and candidate expectations.
Optimize candidate experience (CX) across all interview stages, ensuring fast turnaround times, transparent feedback, and a seamless onboarding bridge.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 7- 9 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3-4 years leading internal hiring tracks
