About the role:
We are an AI SaaS startup launching a recent product in late September. We're looking for an expert B2B digital marketer/ Demand Generation Specialist, based in Hyderabad, to own and run our entire growth engine end to end — paid advertising, content, organic social, cold outreach, and a conversion funnel — and generate a steady flow of trial signups and inbound inquiries from our target business customers.
This is a senior, expert, in-office role — not a learn-on-the-job one. You must already know the full B2B SaaS growth playbook and be able to run every part of it independently. We will give you the product, the target customer (ICP), the positioning, and the sales materials. You are the marketing expert: you recommend and drive the approach across channels, ads, and funnel — you tell us the best way to reach these buyers, then you build and run it. We are not looking for someone we need to train; we're looking for someone who tells us how it's done and executes it at a high level.
Because our founder is based in the US,



you will also be our on-ground presence in India — including representing the product in person at design-partner and customer meetings.
Your mission (next 8–10 weeks)
Build and warm up the complete growth machine now so it is firing the day we launch. Your goal: generate a consistent flow of qualified trial signups and inbound inquiries from our target buyers — the pipeline that becomes our design partners and early customers. (The founder leads the sales/design-partner conversations; you create the opportunities and support the meetings.)

What you'll own (end to end)
1. Full-funnel growth strategy & execution — own the marketing plan across all channels; recommend the strategy, then run it. Design the full funnel: awareness → click → landing page → free-trial signup / inquiry → handoff to founder.
2. Paid advertising & performance marketing (the "360" campaigns) — plan, launch, and optimize coordinated paid campaigns across Google
