Role Description
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, and other digital platforms.  Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue, traffic, and ROAS targets.
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Handle Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis,



and campaign testing.
Prepare regular performance reports covering spend, sales, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and CAC.
Work closely with the E-commerce, Sales, and Creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, videos, product creatives, and campaign assets.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Track marketplace and website sales generated through paid campaigns.
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while controlling inefficient spend.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Valuable understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, CPM, and conversion rates.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
