Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Nine Degree, you’ll own the marketing journey for your clients end-to-end. From shaping the creative and content strategy to crafting copy, running campaigns, and spotting new growth opportunities - you’ll be both the strategist and the doer. You’ll roll up your sleeves to execute directly while also collaborating with a team to bring big ideas to life. Your ultimate goal is to help clients overcome challenges, amplify their presence, and drive business growth. You need to be a problem solver and a bit nerdy about timelines and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for your clients - building trust, managing expectations, and driving their marketing forward.
Translate client goals and briefs into actionable strategies across creative, content, and advertising.
Develop monthly account plans and oversee execution across platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.




Personally create copy, campaign ideas, and content where needed, while leveraging the team to scale execution.
Constantly identify current opportunities, channels, and creative approaches to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.
Measure campaign performance, share insights, and recommend next steps for continuous growth.
Streamline client interactions and internal processes for smooth, efficient operations.
Spot upselling opportunities that align with client needs and business growth.

Experience and Skills Required:
1–3 years in marketing (agency side), with hands-on experience in strategy and execution.
Strong creative and content skills—copywriting, campaign ideation, and social media storytelling.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and demand generation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance client + team
