Role: Rental Head

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Rental Head to lead our IT infrastructure rental & leasing vertical. You will own end-to-end responsibility for rental revenue, team performance, channel relationships, and asset utilization - driving growth for servers, laptops, storage, and networking equipment rentals across enterprise and channel accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Ownership
Own the rental vertical's revenue targets, pricing strategy, and growth plan.
Drive recent client acquisition across enterprise, SME, and channel partner segments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities - project-based rentals, event IT setups, remote workforce deployments.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage a team of rental sales executives and coordinators.
Set individual and team targets; track and review performance regularly.
Channel & Client Relationships
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and direct enterprise clients.
Own key account renewals, upsells,



and escalation management.
Conduct periodic client reviews to identify upgrade/cross-sell opportunities.
Operations & Asset Management
Monitor asset utilization rates and minimize idle inventory.
Oversee rental agreements, pricing approvals, and contract renewals/buyouts.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely deployment and recovery of equipment.
Reporting & Strategy
Track and report on rental pipeline, utilization, renewal rates, and revenue vs. targets.
Provide inputs on competitive pricing, market trends, and portfolio expansion (new categories/tenures).
Coordinate with finance/credit teams on client credit approvals and collections.

Requirements:
Must Have
4 –5 years of experience in IT hardware/equipment rental, leasing, or B2B IT sales, with at least 1–2 years leading a team.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, laptops, storage, networking).
