Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will lead business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding URTEQi’s presence in domestic and international markets.



Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to align client solutions with URTEQi’s service offerings in digital marketing, technology, and SAP services. The Senior Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, analyze competitors, maintain a robust pipeline, and report on sales performance and forecasts to leadership. This role also involves mentoring team members, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
