Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, confident and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Pre-Sales & Customer Success Executive. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, demonstrating our product and ensuring a smooth onboarding and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical or product-related queries.
Follow up with prospects after demos and maintain proper records of interactions.
Support the sales team throughout the lead-to-conversion journey.

Customer Success
Assist new clients during onboarding and product implementation.




Conduct basic product training and walkthrough sessions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth product adoption.
Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Basic understanding of mutual funds and wealth management terminology.
Familiarity with terms such as SIP, AUM, NAV, XIRR, CAGR, Redemption, STP, SWP, Capital Gains, Portfolio, KYC, IFA and MFD will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Smart, confident and quick learner with a positive attitude.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients over calls, online meetings and in person.
