Role Description The Operations Manager role at BeanBoutiques is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including supervising production workflows, implementing process improvements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain and product operations. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory and logistics,



and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to align operations with business goals, support technology implementation in supply chain processes, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong operational management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
Experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably within food, beverage, or agricultural products.
