Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout the development process




Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing and feedback loops
You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built
This is a hybrid role - you are expected to be in the office 2 days a week, with occasional travel to other offices where required.

Requirements
5 years within the quality engineering space
You have a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues.
You have a robust understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - and how/when they are implemented during the development process
