Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Engineer who will be responsible for planning,



supervising and monitoring the manufacturing of heavy steel structures and mechanical equipment at our manufacturing facility.
The role will involve hands-on coordination of fabrication, welding, assembly, manpower, production activities and shop-floor execution.
The candidate will work closely with the Engineering, Quality, Purchase and Project teams to ensure that production is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
This is a shop-floor-oriented role and requires someone who is comfortable working directly with workers, supervisors and fabrication teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution
Plan and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Prepare and track production schedules based on project requirements.
Ensure timely completion of fabrication and assembly activities.
Monitor production progress against planned targets.
Identify production delays and take corrective action.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purch
