Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for managing and growing affiliate partnerships, including onboarding new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports,



and implementing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to align offers, creatives, and promotional plans, and ensure that all affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry best practices. The role also involves negotiating terms, resolving partner issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement of the affiliate program.
