About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Audit & Assurance to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in statutory audits, limited reviews, and Ind AS implementation, with experience handling listed and non-listed clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct statutory audits for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies.
Perform limited reviews for listed companies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle Ind AS implementation, transition, and adoption assignments.
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.




Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit engagements.
Identify audit risks and recommend practical solutions to improve financial reporting and compliance.
Prepare and review audit documentation and reports.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance.
Experience working on listed company audits and limited review assignments.
Exposure to audits of private and public companies.
Strong understanding of Ind AS, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
