Role Description:
Generate current enquiries and follow up with existing clients.
Prepare quotations and sales orders.
Follow up on payments and pending orders.
Coordinate sample dispatch and customer follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings, both online and during sales visits.
Attend exhibitions, conferences,



and business events.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare weekly sales and activity reports.
Maintain certification and sales documentation.
Manage and maintain the sample room.
Report sales activities and updates to management.
Complete and maintain KRA & KPI records.

Qualifications
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in basic business communication, presentation, and documentation.
Comfort with on-site client visits within the region as needed.
Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Basic computer skills, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
