We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator with 0–1 year of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in recruitment, and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess profiles against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate job requirements, interview details, and other relevant information clearly to candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and candidate engagement skills.
Good sourcing and screening abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work from office in Chennai.
