Role Description The Vehicle Loan Executive Trainee role is a full-time position based in Attingal, structured as a hybrid role with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.



The trainee will assist in processing vehicle loan applications, verifying customer documentation, and supporting credit assessment in alignment with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, explaining loan products and terms, collecting required information, and coordinating with branch and regional teams to ensure timely disbursement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating loan status in internal systems, and supporting follow-ups for collections and customer queries. During the 6-month training period, the trainee will receive guidance on Mahindra Finance’s processes, compliance norms, and customer service standards, with a focus on building a career in vehicle financing.
