Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Telecaller Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce HeadFox smart helmet products, and explain features, benefits, and pricing. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, answering customer questions, and guiding customers through the sales process. The Executive will follow up on leads, maintain accurate call and lead records, and work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.



Daily responsibilities also include gathering customer feedback, sharing insights with the team, and adhering to company communication standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and build rapport over the phone.
Sales and customer service skills, including experience in telecalling, lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing sales.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or call-tracking software to document interactions and manage leads.
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in business, marketing,
