Position: Computer Operator – Advanced Excel
We are looking for an experienced Computer Operator to join our Manufacturing team at Voylla, Sitapura, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily production and operational data.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Handle large data sets and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation etc.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.




Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience as a Computer Operator/MIS Executive/Data Operator.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatory.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Experience in manufacturing/production environment will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
