Role Description: The Head of Finance & Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading the finance and accounting function of Universal Quartz & Natural Stone Pvt Ltd. This role oversees the preparation, review,



and consolidation of financial statements, manages financial reporting cycles, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Head of Finance & Accounts will supervise the accounts team, establish and monitor internal controls, coordinate audits, and liaise with banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders. The role also contributes to long-term financial planning, risk management, and process improvement across finance and accounts.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Finance with experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions.
Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with applicable standards.
