Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development – Sales role based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, meetings, networking, and online research, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and following up with prospects to close deals.



The role also requires building long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and maintain client relationships.
Proven Lead Generation experience and a proactive approach to prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
Goal-oriented mindset with experience working in sales or business development, preferably in IT or technology services.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities effectively.
