Role Description The Business Development & Clinic Operations Manager (Only Healthcare) is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi,



responsible for driving clinic growth and overseeing day-to-day operational performance. This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, and supporting sales initiatives to expand Stemz Healthcare’s presence. The manager will coordinate clinic operations, including workflow optimization, resource planning, budgeting inputs, and adherence to clinical and administrative standards. Daily tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, analyzing operational and financial data, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with medical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient experience. The role also requires preparing regular reports, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
