About the Role
We are looking for a digitally native marketer who understands brands, content, social media and audience growth. Candidates with a strong following or demonstrated audience-building ability through a personal or business account are specifically encouraged to apply. The ability to demonstrate actual audience engagement is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.
· Own social media strategy, content direction and digital campaigns.
· Build and grow the organisation's digital presence and audience.
· Plan content calendars and coordinate creative execution.
· Analyse campaign performance, engagement, reach and conversion metrics.
· Identify relevant creators,



communities, platforms and collaboration opportunities.
· Develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
· Monitor digital trends and adapt content and channel strategy accordingly.
· Work with sales and business teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.

Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements
· BBA/MBA in Marketing from a top-tier Business School preferred.
· Strong understanding of social media, content and digital marketing.
· Demonstrated audience-building ability is a key requirement.
· Candidates with a good and demonstrable following on a personal or business social-media account are specifically required.
· Ability to show evidence of content creation, engagement, reach or community building.
· Strong creative judgement combined with data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication and execution skills.
